Update and Notice of Public Meeting – 7th June

Monthly meeting Wednesday next 7th June, 8.00 pm Parish Centre. All are welcome.

Following a request received from Actavo (Ireland) Ltd., Dublin City Council is considering the temporary closure of the following road to facilitate road reconstruction on the dates and times listed below:

Skreen Road (from Navan Road to Blackhorse Avenue), Dublin 7 from 00.00hrs on Monday 19th June 2017 to 24.00hrs on Monday 17th July 2017.

In addition to the traffic management plan as detailed on the webpage below, pedestrian and local access will be maintained during the period of the closure.

Any person may lodge an objection, in writing, to Dublin City Council, Environment & Transportation Department, Block 2 Floor 6, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8. The closing time and date for receipt of objections is 12:00 midday on Wednesday 31st May 2017. You may email your objection(s) to roadworks.control@dublincity.ie

Navan Road Community Council was set up in 1968 to help bring together community groups and sporting groups, so that they would have one voice when trying to get things done in the community. These days the NRCC lobbies Dublin City Council and local representatives in relation to issues such as traffic, planning and policing to name a few.
